This Policy explains refunds and cancellations for Ra Engine and related Digiflux.one commercial terms. It supplements the Terms of Service / EULA.
1. Steam is the purchase channel
Ra Engine is sold through Steam:

Payment processing, tax invoices from the storefront, entitlement delivery, and refund eligibility for the Steam purchase price are governed by Steam’s Refund Policy and the Steam Subscriber Agreement:

To request a refund of the Steam purchase price, use Steam’s refund tools / Steam Support. Color It Company LLC does not operate a separate digiflux.one credit-card checkout for Ra Engine.
2. After the Steam refund window
If Steam denies a refund or the Steam refund window has closed:
- The one-time Seat license is generally non-refundable from Company, except where mandatory consumer law requires a remedy;
- Stopping use of Ra Engine does not automatically entitle you to a payment refund from Company;
- Contact steven@coloritcompany.com for legally required consumer claims, with your Steam order details.
3. License cancellation vs. uninstall
You may uninstall Ra Engine at any time. Uninstalling does not cancel accrued obligations (including Revenue Share already due) and does not create a refund right beyond Section 1–2.
Company may suspend or terminate licenses for material breach as described in the EULA.
4. Revenue Share payments
Amounts due under the EULA Revenue Share section (self-reported annual share above published thresholds) are not refundable once due, except:
- Proven overpayment corrected by Company in writing; or
- As required by law.
Failure to use the Software after a year in which Qualifying Revenue was earned does not cancel that year’s Revenue Share.
5. Updates and “grandfathered” pricing
Updates included with your Seat are not a separate subscription and are not refundable apart from the underlying Steam purchase rules. List-price changes for new buyers do not create a refund for prior purchasers.
6. Related products (not Ra Engine)
Other Color It Company LLC titles (for example, Laser Tag on Steam App ID 4740850, Laser Tag Demo App ID 5263910, or demos on https://coloritcompany.itch.io/laser-tag-demo) follow the refund rules of their storefront (Steam or itch.io). Purchasing those products does not purchase Ra Engine unless expressly stated.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback while retaining and using the Software may be treated as a breach of the EULA and AUP and may result in license termination and reporting to the platform.
