1. Ownership of Digiflux.one and Ra Engine
Color It Company LLC and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to:
- The Digiflux.one brand and Site content (except third-party marks and user submissions);
- The Digiflux.one Vulkan hardware ray tracing graphics pipeline;
- The Ra Engine level editor and developer toolchain;
- Related documentation, logos, and proprietary code/assets provided by Company.
Ra Engine is licensed, not sold, under the Terms of Service / EULA. Copying, redistributing, or creating unauthorized derivative works of the Software (beyond what the EULA and mandatory law allow) is prohibited.
“Flux Studios” appears in Site branding together with Color It Company LLC.
Third-party names used in nominative comparisons on the Site (other engines/tools) are trademarks of their owners and are not claimed by Company.
2. Your Games and user content
Subject to the EULA:
- Your Games and original assets you create remain your intellectual property (or that of your licensors);
- Company does not claim ownership of Your Games merely because you used Ra Engine;
- Feedback and Suggest Board ideas are licensed to Company as described in the EULA (broad feedback license).
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to assets, middleware, fonts, music, and code you include in Your Games.
3. Suggest Board and Site UGC
User-submitted suggestions and comments must not infringe others’ copyrights. We may remove content that appears infringing or that violates the AUP.
4. DMCA notice (17 U.S.C. § 512)
If you believe content on digiflux.one infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL);
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers’ access where appropriate.
5. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including:
- Your signature;
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district of Santa Clara County, California (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Company may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

6. Infringement of Digiflux / Ra Engine IP
To report unauthorized distribution, cracks, key fraud, or trademark misuse involving Digiflux.one or Ra Engine, email steven@coloritcompany.com with evidence and URLs.
7. Related storefronts
Steam and itch.io have their own IP complaint processes for storefront listings (e.g., Ra Engine App 4732830; related Laser Tag apps 4740850 / 5263910; itch demo pages). Platform procedures may apply in addition to this Policy.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new effective date.
