This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Digiflux.one / Ra Engine Terms of Service and EULA (the “Agreement”). It applies to: (a) the Digiflux.one website; (b) Suggest Board and related forms; and (c) use of Ra Engine and the Digiflux.one pipeline (the “Software”).
Violations may result in content removal, suspension or termination of site access or Software license, reporting to Steam or law enforcement, and other remedies.
1. General standards
You agree not to use the site or Software to engage in, promote, or facilitate unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. You must comply with applicable law, Steam’s rules (when using Steam), and the Agreement.
2. Prohibited content and conduct (website & Suggest Board)
You may not submit, upload, link to, or otherwise introduce content that:
- Is illegal under U.S. or California law, or under laws applicable to you;
- Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Contains child sexual abuse material or exploits minors in any way;
- Constitutes threats, harassment, stalking, or incitement to imminent violence;
- Is defamatory, or knowingly false in a way intended to cause harm;
- Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious scripts;
- Is spam, bulk unsolicited promotion, or deceptive SEO/content flooding;
- Attempts to phish, social-engineer, or harvest credentials or personal data;
- Includes others’ personal data without a lawful basis or required consent;
- Circumvents moderation, rate limits, or security controls;
- Impersonates Color It Company LLC, Digiflux.one, Flux Studios, Steam, or any person or entity.
Suggest Board submissions (including those delivered via Web3Forms with subject lines such as [digiflux.one suggestion]) may be publicly associated with product feedback workflows (including status or decision links on suggestpage.com). Do not submit secrets, passwords, or confidential third-party information.
3. Prohibited use of Ra Engine / Digiflux.one pipeline
You may not use the Software to:
- Develop or distribute malware, exploit kits, credential stealers, or tools primarily designed for unauthorized system access;
- Infringe third-party IP in Your Games or assets;
- Violate export controls or sanctions;
- Bypass, crack, or share Steam entitlements or license keys in violation of Steam’s terms or the Agreement;
- Misrepresent Revenue Share reports or conceal Qualifying Revenue;
- Reverse engineer the Software beyond what mandatory law allows;
- Offer the Software itself as a competing hosted “engine-as-a-service” to third parties without a separate written agreement from Company;
- Remove proprietary notices or claim ownership of Company’s Software;
- Use Company marks in a misleading endorsement context.
Lawful game content that is mature, violent, or fictional—while complying with storefront policies (e.g., Steam) and applicable law—is not prohibited solely for mature themes.
4. Technical abuse
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or load-test our site or APIs without prior written permission;
- Interfere with CDN, form endpoints (including api.web3forms.com), or hosting infrastructure;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- Use bots to spam suggestions or scrape the site in a way that degrades service;
- Forge headers or manipulate form fields to impersonate others.
5. Steam-specific abuse
When purchasing or activating Ra Engine via Steam (App ID 4732830):
- Follow Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam refund/commerce rules;
- Do not traffic in unauthorized keys, region-lock abuse for fraud, or account takeovers;
- Do not use chargeback fraud or false refund claims as a means to retain the Software without payment.
6. Reporting
Report AUP or abuse concerns to steven@coloritcompany.com with details and evidence where available. Copyright infringement claims should follow the DMCA process in /copyright/.
7. Enforcement
Company may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict Suggest Board access, notify Steam, or terminate licenses as described in the Agreement. Enforcement decisions do not waive any legal rights.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on digiflux.one where appropriate.
