This Privacy Policy describes how Color It Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with https://digiflux.one (the “Site”), including suggestion forms, and how it relates to purchases of Ra Engine.
1. Scope and roles
1.1 Digiflux.one site
For Site visitors and Suggest Board submitters, Company is the business that decides how personal information collected via the Site is handled.
1.2 Steam purchases
Ra Engine is sold via Steam (App ID 4732830): https://store.steampowered.com/app/4732830/Ra_Engine/.
Valve / Steam is a separate controller for your Steam account, payment card data, purchase history on Steam, and Steam platform analytics. We do not receive your full payment card number from Steam through the Site. We may receive limited commercial information from Steam necessary to verify entitlements, support customers, or administer licenses (for example, Steam ID or purchase confirmation details you provide to us).
1.3 Related products
Company may publish other titles (e.g., Laser Tag / demos on Steam or itch.io). Those storefronts have their own privacy practices. This Policy focuses on Digiflux.one and Ra Engine–related Site activity.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Contact email: When you email steven@coloritcompany.com or otherwise contact us.
- Suggest Board / forms: Name or handle (if provided), email (if provided), message content, and technical metadata needed to deliver the form. Forms are submitted via Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com/submit), typically with a subject such as
[digiflux.one suggestion]. - Revenue Share reports: Business contact details, revenue figures, and payment references you send when reporting under the EULA.
- Support requests: Information you choose to include (e.g., Steam order details, hardware specs).
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Server / hosting logs: IP address, date/time, requested URL, user agent, referrer, and similar diagnostic data (as generated by our hosting provider).
- CDN / font / script delivery: When pages load Google Fonts and Chart.js from cdnjs (Cloudflare CDN), those providers may receive your IP address and browser request headers as part of ordinary HTTP fetches. See Cookie Notice.
- Analytics: As of the Effective Date, the Digiflux.one marketing Site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party advertising analytics tags that we observed/configured for the Site.
2.3 Information we do not intentionally collect via Site checkout
The Site does not operate a separate digiflux.one credit-card checkout for Ra Engine; purchases go through Steam.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate and secure the Site and forms;
- Review suggestions, ideas, and complaints (including internal product decisions; public-facing status may relate to suggestpage.com workflows);
- Respond to email and support requests;
- Administer Ra Engine licenses, Revenue Share, and audits as described in the EULA;
- Enforce Terms, AUP, and IP rights;
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests;
- Improve documentation and product decisions based on aggregated feedback.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use Site visitor data for cross-context behavioral advertising as of the Effective Date.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
If GDPR/UK GDPR–style bases apply to you: legitimate interests (site security, product feedback, B2B license administration), contract (performing the EULA when you are a licensee), consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligation.

6. International transfers
Company is based in California, USA. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
7. Retention
- Form submissions and email: retained as long as needed for product, legal, and operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
- Revenue Share records: retained for the period needed for tax, audit, and contract administration (often several years).
- Server logs: retained per hosting defaults or shorter security windows.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
The Site and Ra Engine are directed to developers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the relevant digital-consent age). If you believe a child provided information, contact us to request deletion.
10. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA-style)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights to:
- Know / access categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected;
- Delete personal information (subject to exceptions);
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not sell personal information for money, and we do not engage in such sharing via Site advertising pixels as of the Effective Date;
