No first-party advertising analytics suite (such as Google Analytics / gtag or Meta Pixel) is configured on Digiflux.one as of the Effective Date.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and server logs tied to your IP address and user agent. Some technologies do not use browser cookies but still involve network requests to third parties (for example, loading a font or CDN script).
3. Essential technologies
We use technologies required to operate the Site: load HTML/CSS/assets, maintain security, and remember minimal UI state if applicable. These are strictly necessary for the service you request.
4. Google Fonts
Pages may request fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive IP address and request metadata. Google’s privacy materials describe how Fonts requests are handled. If you prefer not to contact Google, use browser extensions or offline font settings; Site appearance may degrade.
5. Chart.js (cdnjs)
Pages may load Chart.js from the cdnjs CDN (Cloudflare). Your browser requests the script from CDN servers, which receive standard request metadata. This is for displaying charts, not for advertising profiling by Company.
6. Web3Forms (Suggest Board)
When you submit a suggestion, the form posts to api.web3forms.com (subject typically [digiflux.one suggestion]). Web3Forms processes the submission so we can receive it by email/dashboard per their service. See Web3Forms’ own privacy terms for processor details.
7. Steam, itch.io, and other outbound destinations
Links to Steam (including Ra Engine App 4732830 and related titles), itch.io demos, or suggestpage.com are outbound. Those services set their own cookies under their policies. Company does not control Steam or itch.io cookies.
8. Analytics
Company does not currently run a third-party marketing analytics tag on Digiflux.one. If that changes, we will update this Notice and the Privacy Policy.
9. Your choices
- Browser controls: block or delete cookies; note that blocking all cookies may break some features.
- Third-party opt-outs: use industry tools where applicable for advertising networks (not currently used by us on this Site).
- Do Not Track: the Site does not respond to DNT signals in a differentiated way beyond not running ad analytics tags.
10. Changes
We may update this Notice by posting a revised effective date.
