Digiflux.one — the pipeline

Light as it
actually behaves

Digiflux.one is a Vulkan 1.4 hardware ray tracing pipeline informed by theatrical lighting and McCandless method. Every photon is traced. Every surface responds correctly.

Full hardware RTX
VK_KHR_ray_tracing_pipeline from the ground up. Reflections, refractions, and GI in a single coherent ray budget.
Emissive global illumination
Multi-sample GI with correct Monte Carlo scaling. Light bleeds from emissive geometry — not from fake ambient terms.
Theatrical lighting model
McCandless method informs light placement philosophy. Inverse-square attenuation with physically calibrated intensities.
ACES tonemapping
ACES and Gamma toggleable per session. Vivid theatrical linear or cinema-grade tone — your creative vision, your call.
GLTF 2.0 pipeline
Full tinygltf integration. KHR_lights_punctual, KHR_materials_transmission, IOR, and Ra-native material extensions.
Exponential depth fog
Atmosphere that reacts to scene lighting. Fog density tunable per scene with correct interaction with GI and emissives.

Revenue share — honest and fair

At scale, Ra Engine costs a fraction of Unreal. Thresholds reset every year — a slow year costs you nothing. A great year costs you far less than you'd expect.

Unreal Engine (lifetime)
Godot · Unity · GameMaker
Ra Engine: $3K at $250K, $8K at $500K, $18K at $1M, $28K at $2M, $58K at $5M. Unreal: $0 until $1M lifetime, $50K at $2M, $200K at $5M. Others: always $0.
Ra Engine — 2% on annual revenue above $100K · 1% above $1M · resets each January

Unreal Engine — 5% on lifetime gross above $1M · thresholds never reset

Questions

Straight answers

What is the relationship between Digiflux.one and Ra Engine?
Digiflux.one is the graphics pipeline — the renderer, the ray tracing stack, the lighting model. Ra Engine is the editor and toolchain built on top of it. When you buy Ra Engine, you get full access to the Digiflux.one pipeline.
Will the revenue share terms ever change?
No. The revenue share structure is permanent and will never change. This commitment is published publicly. Buy today at 2% / 1% and that is your rate forever, regardless of future seat pricing.
What happens if the seat price increases?
Your purchase is grandfathered at the price you paid. All future engine updates are included. Early buyers are never penalized for supporting us early.
How does the annual reset work?
Revenue thresholds reset each calendar year. If your game earns $80K in year one and $120K in year two, you owe nothing in year one and 2% of $20K in year two. A bad year never carries forward.
How is revenue share reported?
Self-reported annually. If your game exceeds the $100K threshold, you submit a report and payment by January 31 of the following year. Color It Company LLC reserves the right to audit with 30 days notice.
What hardware does Digiflux.one target?
RTX 2060 as the baseline, with RX 6600 and Arc A380 class hardware in scope. Full Vulkan 1.4 with VK_KHR_ray_tracing_pipeline required. No software RT fallback — this pipeline is built for real ray tracing.
